Eastern Beast is dedicated to the tradition and craft of genuine oak wood-fired barbecue.

Barbecue is everywhere, but great barbecue can be hard to find, especially north of the Mason-Dixon line. Aside from time, patience and skill, the one key ingredient that sets great barbecue apart from the rest is 100% wood fires -- no gas, no electric heating elements... Just wood. 

Our style of cooking is rooted firmly in the Central Texas barbecue tradition. High-quality meats, locally-sourced ingredients and long, slow smoking over 100% oak fires.

All of our meats are hand-selected from the finest purveyors. We use only Certified Angus Beef for our briskets. The seasoning rubs and sauces we use are made from scratch, as are all of our sides. We then bring these elements together with time, patience and skill that only comes with years of experience and a genuine passion for true craft barbecue.

Eastern Beast Barbecue is available for private and company events from 50-250+ people. We never double-book, ensuring that your event receives 100% of our attention. Our business is community-focused and built on word-of-mouth recommendations -- We stand behind our product and service 100%.
