Catering orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance of event date and subject to availability. Keep in mind our busiest months are June-September.
50 person minimum. If you have less people coming to your event, remember there are no better leftovers than barbecue!
DROP OFF OR full BUFFET SERVICE?
DROP OFF SERVICE:
Our drop off service delivers your barbecue in temperature-controlled, disposable aluminum pans that fit right into standard size wire chafing dish racks and hot-water sterno pans.
If you need us to provide the racks, water pans and sternos, we can provide them for an additional fee.
$50 delivery and set-up fee within 20 miles of Honesdale, PA -- Distance charges outside this area may apply.
FULL-SERVICE:
If you'd like to have a fully-staffed buffet line for service, we'll be glad to provide that for you.
We also offer a brisket carving station option (recommended, if ordering brisket).
20% service charge (includes servers for 2-hour service plus set-up and break-down time)
Gratuity for our staff is optional -- and always appreciated.

Deposits
A signed catering contract and 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and pricing.
Balance and final head count are due one week before event.
Order changes and cancelations
We are happy to make any changes to your chosen menu up to one week in advance of your event date, and we will try to accommodate changes up to 48 hours before.
No penalty for orders canceled at least 30 days in advance of the event.
For any cancelations made less than 30 days before the event, we will retain the deposit as a credit for future events.
Pricing
6% PA sales tax will be applied to order total.

Deposits and balances may be paid by cash, check or credit card (3% service charge applies for credit car transactions.)
